Cost for the retreat is $349 per guest and includes admission for the 3-day event, including Early-Bird Crop; Registration; Retreat Orientation; VIP Consultant Business Meeting*; Creative Studio Event; Key-Note Address; Class Workshops/Projects and Retreat Crops; plus incredible scrapbook inspiration, goodies, supplies, door prizes and even more surprises! *Only current registered MemoryWorks consultants are invited to the VIP Consultant Business Meeting. Registration for the MemoryWorks Scrapbook Retreat is open to all non-consultants and consultants alike, however if you’d like to attend the VIP Consultant Café Business Meeting at the retreat you will need to first register to become a MemoryWorks Scrapbook Consultant!

Payment Information:
Credit card payment for the event fee will be charged once your registration is submitted and processed by the MemoryWorks retreat team. You will receive a receipt and confirmation email notifying that you have reserved a spot for the retreat event. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis - spacing is limited so we encourage you to submit your registration as soon as possible. MemoryWorks will leave the registration open until all accommodations are filled to maximum capacity. Once all available spots are filled the event will be sold out and registration will be closed. You do not need to be a MemoryWorks consultant to register for the Scrapbook Retreat - we welcome all scrapbookers to our event! Registration is transferable and can be sold to another guest, however all arrangements must be arranged personally through each participating guest and is not the responsibility of MemoryWorks.
MemoryWorks Payment Options:
Option 1:
Early Bird Special: The early bird special price for the retreat is $329.00. In order to qualify for the early bird special cost of $329.00 your registration must be received on or before the 15th of January, 2009. Early bird registration fees will be charged to credit cards on January 15th, 2009. Any registration forms received after this date will not qualify for the early bird special and will be charged the regular retreat price of $349.00. Payment plan options do not qualify for the early bird special pricing.
Options 2:
Payment in full at time registration is received of $349.00.

January Payment Plan:
Registration Received in January with an initial charge of $175.00 at time registration is received. $43.75 will then be charged each month on the 15th of every month until paid in full the cost of the retreat on May 15th. Processing fee of $2.00 per transaction not included.
February Payment Plan:
Registration Received in February with an initial charge of $175.00 at time registration is received. $58.34 will then be charged each month on the 15th of every month until paid in full the cost of the retreat on May 15th. Processing fee of $2.00 per transaction not included.
March Payment Plan:
Registration Received in March with an initial charge of $175.00 at time registration is received. $87.50 will then be charged each month on the 15th of every month until paid in full the cost of the retreat on May15th. Processing fee of $2.00 per transaction not included.
April Payment Plan:
Registration Received in April with an initial charge of $175.00 at time registration is received. $174.00 will then be charged the following month on May 15th Processing fee of $2.00 per transaction not included.
Transportation:
The registration fee for the event does not include transportation to and from the retreat. Attendees will need to make their own travel accommodations. If you will be booking a flight, you will need to make sure you arrange to fly into the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Davis Conference Center/Hilton Garden Inn is located at 1651 North 700 West Layton, Utah 84041, approximately 30 miles north of Salt Lake City. We have reserved a block of rooms for retreat attendees at the Hilton Garden inn adjacent to the Davis Conference Center... however space is limited. We encourage you to book your rooms as soon as possible! Arrangements for lodging will need to be made directly with the Hilton garden Inn at 801-416-8899 or by visiting their site.

Restaurants and Dining:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will not be provided during the retreat, however the retreat facility is located as what's known as "Restaurant Row" with literally dozens of fantastic restaurants within walking distance, including Corbin's Grill, Roosters, Olive Garden, Mimi's Cafe, Outback Steakhouse, Famouse Daves, Iggy's Sports Grill and so much more. The Hilton Garden Inn also features the Great American Grill and Club Fahrenheit, plus the Davis Conference Center will be offering concessions during the retreat event. There is a also a Super Target located within walking distance for shopping, and each hotel guest room includes a refrigerator and microwave to easily store and prepare food. So no matter your taste and preference - there's something for everyone!

Cancellation Policy:
It is important to note that when you register for the event you will need to understand and abide by our cancellation policy. Cancellations will be accepted and refunds will be given under the following conditions: Retreat attendees can cancel their registration with a $50.00 cancellation fee until February 15th, 2009. Any cancellations between February 16th, 2009 and April 15th, 2009 will be charged a $175.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellations after April 15th, 2009 will not receive any type of refund on the retreat fee.
If you chose a payment option that requires a payment plan you will be charged $175.00 at the receipt of your registration. You will then be charged on the 15th of each of the following months until you have paid in full the cost of the retreat by May 15th.
A $2.00 processing fee will be applied to each payment.
