A: We have blocked out a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, attached to the Davis Conference Center, where retreat attendees can book their hotel accommodations. There are a limited number of hotels available, so you are encouraged to book your hotel as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Hotel rooms and accommodations are not made with MemoryWorks, but booked separately with the Hilton Garden Inn.
A: Absolutely. The hotel pricing is based on double-occupancy, so you can arrange to share your room with another retreat attendee, with up to four guests per room. A: The fee for the event does not include transportation to and from the retreat. Attendees will need to make their own travel accommodations.
