* Due to the popularity of our kits, subscriptions are selling out fast. There's a possibility that the current month kit will be backordered. If you subscribe and the current monthly kit subscriptions are completely sold out, your subscription will be put on our backorder/waitlist and will be automatically subscribed for the next available month.

* Keep in mind that the online ordering system will process your subscription regardless if the current MemoryWorks Express kits are sold out for the month. By adding the MemoryWorks Express subscription to your shopping cart you are simply subscribing for the program and will be put on our waiting list for the next available spot. 

* The system WILL NOT alert you if the subscriptions are backordered when you submit your subscription order! However, the system will notify you by email within 24 hours after the 1st of the next month to inform you if you will receive the current month kit or if you are on the backorder/waitlist for the next available spot. If you happen to be put on the backorder/waitlist, your subscription will be stored in the system and will be automatically subscribed for the next available spot (this will most likely be within the next one to two months after you're added to the wait list.)

* If you or your customers don't want to miss another monthly kit, we encourage you to subscribe as soon as possible so that you can put your name on the waiting list to receive the next available month. You don't need to wait until March to sign up for the March kit – sign up right away so you or your customers name is on our waiting list. Again, subscriptions are selling out fast and all available subscriptions will go first to those on our waiting list.
