I used another personal rubber stamp to stamp the image on the card.  Everything else is from the kit.  The brown strip of paper is the border of the paper.  (The border that has the company name and information about that particular paper that normal gets cut off and thrown out.)  I cut "My Mind's Eye" out and used the two strips of brown paper in my projects.  The other half to this border, I used on one of my pages in my altered project.
