Directions
I used cream colored card
1) adhere piece of orange pattern paper to lower portion of the card (2 1/2" x 5 1/2")
2) stamp border at bottom (I used Autumn Leaves: On the edge stamps)
3) Attach navy blue ribbon to the top of the orange pattern paper.
4) I used a Scenic Route Die cut and stamped "Happy Birthday" with colorbox ink (chocolates & blueberries).  I adhered to the card with pop dots.
