Directions
use red card as base
1) Adhere stripe pattern paper to the card (3 3/4" x 5")
2) use the "celebration" strip and adhere it toward the bottom of the card
3) use the "star" like die cut from Scenic Route (i stamped "happy birthday" any saying would work) - Adhere to card
4) attach a larger flower (light blue) with a medium flower layering (blue polk-a-dot) with a brad near the bottom of the star shaped die cut
