Instructions:  Paint Fleuriste Blackboard with lilac acrylic paint; Applied paper of choice to front & back of clipboard using Mod Podge; attached Fleuriste Blackboard to back of clipboard; Applied rub-on of choice to front of clipboard; Sanded edges of clipboard; Glazed over front & back of clipboard with Triple Thick Crystal Glaze; Hand-stitched buttons and applied with Triple Thick Crystal Glaze to painted Fleuriste Blackboard scrolls.
