Materials: My Mind's Eye "So Sweet" theme set, Coluzzle Circle template, American Crafts Pen, HS sand paper, photo corner

1. Cut 5 1/2"x8" piece from blue floral paper. To preserve paper, cut your smaller circle rings from the very center of this photo mat (the hole won't show behind the picture.) Cut a 4.5" circle (largest Coluzzle circle), then cut a 3 7/8" circle from the center of the 4.5" circle. Take the 4.5" circle and trim the center with an off-center circle using the second largest Coluzzle circle. Do the same thing with the 3 7/8" circle, using the next smallest circle on the template. You should end up with 2 circular rings.
2. Using a round 7" template, cut a circle from the brown polka dot paper. Use a slightly smaller template to cut out an off-center circle from the middle of it, creating a ring.
3. Gently sand the edges of all the above pieces (use the blue side of one of the small circles, and the green side of the other), the photo corners, the brown/stripe background paper and, if desired, the photo.
4. On the brown background paper, adhere the blue photo mat approx. 2 1/2" from the top, and approx. 1 1/2" from the left edge, slightly tilted with the left edge lower than the right.
5. Adhere photo corners to corners of photo, then adhere photo to blue photo mat. A 5x7 photo should be about 1 7/8" from the left edge of the paper and 2 1/2" from the top. Keep photo edges parallel to background paper edges.
6. Adhere circle rings overlapping and placed to frame photo subject. Adhere "So Sweet" title to the bottom right of the photo.
7. Cut 3/8" strips from leftover green paper. Write sentiment (example says, "A father is someone you look up to- no matter how tall you grow") with black journaling pen. Cut into 6-7 smaller pieces and sand all edges. Adhere above and below "So Sweet".
