Made using SEI's Penelope's Potpourri Collection:

1. Mat photo with the "splendid scrolls" patterned paper. Adhere to dark side of "precious pansies" paper about 1 ½" from top and 1" from right side.
2. Cut desired flowers from "breezy blooms" patterned paper. Adhere randomly along left side and bottom left corner of photo mat. Randomly place a few buttons among the flowers with Glue Dots.
3. Apply "tulip" rub-ons onto cardstock along bottom of layout. (I aligned mine with the random flowers.)
4. Apply "completely adored" rub-on to layout directly below photo mat on bottom right corner.
5. Apply "flower border" rub-ons to top right corner of photo mat.
6. Attach "WHO.WHERE.WHEN" tag and an extra flower to bottom right corner of layout. Add journaling.
7. Staple three pieces of ribbon to right side of the photo mat.
