To get duplicates of certain letters (like y) out of a chipboard alphabet with only 1 per letter, I trimmed up other letters -- for example, I made a "y" by trimming off the lower right portion of the "x". I made an extra "A" by cutting a small piece from the edge of the cardstock sheet and trimming it to fit inside an upside "V".
