To make the flower for this tag, I cut out 3 flowers from the floral patterned paper in the "Fusion" set. I carefully sanded the edges and curled the petal ends over a pencil, then layered and adhered. The easiest way to sand small areas is sand towards the outside edge of the paper, rather than along the edge.
