October 2011 MW Express Kit: Spooky Altered Round Frame

I created this fun "Spooky" picture frame using an embroidery hoop. I stained the hoop with Tim Holtz Distress stain. I sprayed the paper with Harvest Orange Glimmer Mist and while still slightly damp, I carefully put the paper into the frame. Once dry, just trimmed the excess paper off the back and decorated the front with elements from the October Express kit. Thanks for looking!
