I created this small gift card holder using the December 2010 MW Express kit. I folded a 4"x12" piece of cream cardstock into thirds, then trimmed one inch down on the far right page and adhered it to the middle - only on the left side and bottom to create a pocket. I also added some Stickles to the flower stickers and Ranger Glossy Accents to the letters and "one-of-a-kind" phrase...which was actually cut from the manufacturer label on one of the sheets of October Afternoon patterned cardstock!
