I cut an oval shape out of the cardstock.  I strung Prima Flowers on the nylon line with a pearl bead between each flower.  I tied it off to form a circle.  To attach it to the cardstock, I pierced 4 small holes (one at the top, one at the bottom, and one on each side) in the cardstock.  I then tied the lei bracelet to the card in the holes.  This way the bracelet can be removed from the cardstock by cutting the 4 nylon line ties from the back of the cardstock.
