March 2010 MW Express Kit: 1st Rain Coat Layout

I created this kit using the March 2010 MW Express kit. I also used American Crafts thickers for the word "rain" not included with the kit. I adhered some of the Pebbles, Inc. pearls to the flowers on the yellow flowered jouranling block - it really helped "bling it up"!
