I made this out of chipboard (I used various sized plates and bowls and cut them out of the 12x12 chipboard sheets we had in our clearance sale section) and covered them all with Prism cardstock and/or papers from the new MME "Spirit" theme set. The trickiest part was dividing all the circles into 3 equal parts...I used a ruler to do it and it took me a while - my geometry skills are RUSTY! Anyway, after they were all divided in 3 sections, I put ricrac down on the dividing lines and used various stickers and rub-ons to make the words. When it was all done, I stuck a brad through the whole thing to make the different sections spin.
