Tip:
I used the outside of the chipboard flower as a template (the part you would probably throw away).  I used Pebbles chalk and chalked the stencil onto white cardstock.  I than placed it onto the blue card.

Blue & White Prism cardstock, Chatterbox Pattern Paper, Ribbon, Pebbles Chalk
