Made using SEI's Penelope's Potpourri kit:

1. Cut 1 ¼" x 5 ½" from "lush lines" patterned paper. Adhere ¾" from top of card.
2. Cut 1 ¼" x 5 ¼" from "breezy blooms" patterned paper. Apply "love you" rub-on to the blue side of the paper. Adhere 1/8" from bottom of card.
3. Adhere the center of the polka dot frame to the center of the "lush lines" strip.
4. Cut two 2" pieces of polka dot ribbon and adhere to center of frame with glue dots, forming an X.
5. Cut a flower from "breezy blooms" patterned paper and adhere over the center of the X with a Glue Dot.
6. Thread a button with floss and adhere to center of flower.
