Supplies patterned papers, rub-ons, fibers: Basic Grey; ribbon: Chatterbox; tag shape: Cricut; ink: other

Techniques  *made tag on Cricut *used glue-dot to fasten ribbon so a knot would not be needed and can be easily placed on a package
