I am always in search of great ways to all journaling without the standard box of text. The papers worked great to print directly on. I made a text box in word the same size as the pattern paper. Typed my text and made a few test print outs on white paper to ensure my text was in the right place then I ran the pattern paper through my printer.

My photos had a lot going on in them and it was distracting so I used the focal black and white tool in Picassa and I centered it on my son in 3 photos and left the top two as photographed.
