This was such a fun and easy project - all you need is spray paint and rub ons!  The rub ons I used here were:

 

Basic Grey - Urban Border - White
Fancy Pants - Truly Madly Deeply
Fancy Pants - Floral Chic
 
The Inspiration Rub On is not one we carry, but could be substituted for just about any rub on in our arsenal.  :)
