Right now, my biz is simple and my files are simple. I have two items to store my business information - a 12 pocket accordian file and my MemoryWorks binder:
12 Pocket Accordion File each pocket labeled:
1. First Quarter Receipts / Invoices (w/ envelopes for Jan, Feb, Mar)
2. Second Quarter Receipts / Invoices (w/ envelopes for Apr, May, Jun)
3. Third Quarter Receipts / Invoices (w/ envelopes for Jul, Aug, Sep)
4. Fourth Quarter Receipts / Invoices (w/ envelopes for Oct, Nov, Dec)
5. Record Keeping Ledger
6. Customer Contact Information
7. Customer Order Forms
8. Invitations
9. Catalogs
10. Flyers
11. Consultant Newsletters
12. Business Paperwork
MemoryWorks Binder to take to crops - holds 3 items:
1. Master Catalog (cut apart and placed in plastic page protectors)
2. Design Ideas (Layouts, Cards, etc.)
3. Portfolio to hold misc. papers
