Hotel rooms and accommodations are not made with MemoryWorks, but booked separately with the Hilton Garden Inn.
Q: Can I share a room with another consultant?
A: Absolutely. The special pricing of $89 per night is based on double-occupancy, so you can arrange to share your room with another consultant, with up to four consultants per room. You can make roommate accommodations by posting on the consultant message board with participating consultants. If you are traveling alone, or prefer to have your own private accommodations you are more than welcome to book an individual room for yourself.
Q: If I am traveling by plane, which airport do I need to book my flight?
A: Attendees will need to make their own travel accommodations. If you will be booking a flight, you will want to make sure you arrange to fly into the Salt Lake International airport. The Davis Conference Center/Hilton Garden Inn is located at 1651 North 700 West Layton, Utah 84041, approximately 30 miles north of Salt Lake City. A: You are more than welcome to bring your spouse or family for a vacation or get-away to enjoy the beautiful location and tourist attractions in the area. However remember that this is a business/consultant event and all MemoryWorks sponsored events are for registered attendees only. Also keep in mind that the retreat schedule is jam-packed full of activities and workshops. Your registration fee includes all classes, workshops and materials - and in order to make the most of the event you will want to attend as many of the classes/workshops as possible. Q: What supplies will I need to bring for the classes?
A: This is the fun part of our retreat! MemoryWorks and class sponsors will provide all of the products, supplies and materials for each class and project workshop! However, you will be asked to bring your basic tools and adhesives to each workshop. You will receive more information about individual classes and requirements before the event.
Q: I don't know any other MemoryWorks consultants, but I really want to attend. Are there others like me?
A: Absolutely! Whether you're a longtime consultant, or new to the program we invite you to attend. We understand it can be nerve-racking to attend an event by all by yourself - but we applaud you for stepping out of your comfort zone. You won't regret it! In fact, the majority of attendees will be in your situation and just as nervous as you are. There will be plenty of opportunities to get to know each other through the welcome reception and orientation to class workshop and retreat events! This event is all about coming together as a MemoryWorks family - and even though you may come not knowing anyone you will leave with new freinds, freindships, lifetime memories!
Q: Will there be an onsite MemoryWorks store?

Q: Will we have to choose our classes and workshops?
A: No. We want all consultants and attendees to have the opportunity to create all of the same amazing projects! Although you may be seperated in groups and will take the class at seperate times, all attendees will take the same classes and create the same projects. No sacrificing one great class for another - you get it all at our retreat!
Q: Will there be sneak peeks of the class projects?
A: Yes....and no. We know you're excited to see the class projects that will be presented - and our class sponsors and teachers are busy behind the scenes working on incredible projects! However, all classes and projects will be using brand new merchandise and products released at the CHA Winter 2008 show and possibly even the CHA Summer 2008 show! Due to the latest-and-greatest products included in the the classes, project samples will be top-secret until the event - however project descriptions, class information and teach bios will be announced on our website before the event!
